"Not a fan of this service"
This was the worst experience I've had with park and fly. The price they advertise seems low, but it doesn't cover the short stay parking fee, which you end up paying regardless. I've had great experiences with park and ride before; they were always flexible with parking times. However, my flight was delayed by two hours, and they slapped me with an extra £20 charge. Sure, it's in their terms and conditions, but it feels like a sneaky way to lure you in with low prices and then hit you with hidden fees. I won't be using them again, and I wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

"I Wish I Could Rate This Zero"
Honestly, if I had the option, I'd give this place a big fat zero. The owner straight-up told me, 'f..k you b...h' when I expressed my frustration after waiting over an hour for my car. When I threatened to call the cops, they finally brought my car after two hours of waiting with my little one. I wasn't the only one stuck there for ages. The staff are incredibly rude. They return the cars filthy (like, covered in mud—maybe they park them in a field or something) or with dents, and they act like it’s not their issue.

I made a reservation with them and then had to cancel a day in advance. Both Harry and Sam made it really tough, being pushy and trying to convince me to stick around. I even got a terrible email from one of their staff, sent from a personal account, claiming they lost their job because of me. That's a huge violation of GDPR to use my personal info and send me such disrespectful messages. I've been waiting way longer than usual for my refund, and their attitude is just so rude. Seriously, how is this company still in business? I strongly advise against using their services.

So far, everything's been great! I just reserved my parking with this company, and I gotta say, wow, the customer service is fantastic. I was pretty stressed out because the car park's website showed no available spaces, but Harry was super quick to look into it and eased my worries. Thanks a ton, Harry! Your service is top-notch, and I’ll definitely be booking with you from now on. Plus, believe it or not, it was cheaper than going directly through the car park! 👍👍

"Everything went smoothly"
Everything went smoothly, the car drop-off was right next to the departure area on level 5, and the vehicle was all set for us when we returned at 1 AM on the first night.
